Justine Cather, Whirld’s Founder, visited Guatemala in 2012 and discovered Casa Guatemala, an amazing charity that provides education, nutrition and health care for vulnerable children who live in the remote and impoverished region of Rio Dulce. She has remained a friend and supporter ever since.
All the profits from this fudge will be donated to the charity. The chocolate used in this fudge is grown locally by Chocolate Forest Cacao a sustainable cocoa plantation, and then transformed into the delicious Indio Rojo 70% dark chocolate by the ethical Danish chocolatier, Mikkel Friis-Holm.
